What should I do if I received faulty or incorrect items?Updated 4 months ago

However, in the unlikely event that you receive a product that is faulty or the wrong size or colour, reach out to us at [email protected] right away. Provide us with images of the item and order details; we'll do our best to rectify the issue promptly. If the product is faulty, we're happy to offer an exchange at no extra cost; we'll even cover the postage expenses. Alternatively, we can process a full refund via the original payment method used. Remember to report any faults to Linenly within 30 days of receiving your order. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed after you have returned your order.
