What happens if I'm not home when my package is due to arrive?Updated 2 months ago

Our customers receive real-time email notifications throughout the delivery process, keeping them updated on the package's status: in transit, out for delivery, and delivered.

By default, all packages need a recipient's signature for successful delivery. You'll get an email and can allow the postman to leave your parcel in a secure spot before delivery. However, it's not advised as it might increase the chance of theft or loss.

If you're not home during delivery, the postman will leave a notification in your letterbox and bring your parcel to a nearby post office. Please grab a photo ID and collect your package ASAP, as commonly they only keep it for 3 days.


If the recipient does not pick up the package in a timely manner, it may get returned to us.


As a valued customer, you deserve a seamless delivery experience. However, certain delays could result in extended wait times and additional shipping fees. To avoid any inconvenience and ensure timely pickup of your luxurious linen, always keep a lookout for shipping notification emails.
