Is it possible to return sheets that have been used or washed?Updated a year ago

Unfortunately, in accordance with our hygiene standards, we are unable to accept returns of bedding that has been washed or slept in due to change of mind. 

But we are always happy to arrange for returns and exchanges of any faulty sheets, regardless of whether they've been used or not. Rest assured, our top priority is ensuring that you receive the quality products that you deserve.
