I have not received my order, what should I do?Updated 2 months ago

If you haven't gotten your order yet, don't fret. High demand for Auspost services may be causing delays. Give it a few more days, and your order should be on its way. If your parcel hasn't shown any updates for one to two weeks, that's a sign of concern. Contact us at [email protected], and we'll look into it with Auspost for you.

In the event of a parcel being lost in transit, we will arrange to send you a replacement.
