If you haven't received your order yet, don't worry - it's possible that high demand for Auspost services is causing delays. Give it a few more days and your order should arrive. However, If your parcel hasn't updated its location within two weeks, it may have been lost in transit. Please reach out to us at [email protected] and we'll investigate on your behalf with Auspost.
In the event of a parcel being lost in transit, we will arrange to send you a replacement.
