If a product is on pre-order, we'll display a shipping date beneath the selected item to indicate when it'll leave our warehouse. During checkout, you'll also see the ship by date in your cart, so you can anticipate when to expect your item.

If you'd like to order an item that's on pre-order, simply add it to your cart like you normally would. Once it's available, we'll promptly send it your way.

When you buy a pre-order and an in-stock item, we typically ship them separately. The pre-order items will be sent after the pre-order ship date. Rest assured, we handle everything, and there are no extra shipping costs with this choice.
